• 1 kg of chicken breast
• 4 medium-sized eggplants
• 2 chili green pepper
• 1 red pepper
• 2 – 3 tablespoons of oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• Tablespoon of tomato paste
• Tablespoon of magi spice salt.

How to Prepare Chicken with Maggi Spice

• Cut potatoes, pepper and eggplants into cubes
• Garlic is crushed and put into the mix bowl
• Tomato paste, oil and spices are added and mixed
• Chicken is cut into big slices and mixed with other ingredients
• Put all the ingredients in the oven tray
• Keep it inside the oven at 180 degrees
