  • Cut the cinnamon stick and mix it with other ingredients
  • Put the outcome spice mixture in a frying pan and put it on low heat
  • Roast the mixture for 10 minutes
  • Lift the mixture off fire and leave it to cool down
  • Put it in a grinder. Grind well until it becomes powdery.
