Blueberries Jam Way of Preparation
- Add blueberries, sugar, salt, and lemon juice in a big saucepan
- Put the saucepan on medium heat, stir gently until sugar dissolves

- While cooking, put an empty ceramic dish inside the freezer for 20 minutes
